The Bunny The Bear – 2nd ROAD BLOG from the Under The Gun Tour

The Bunny The Bear (Victory Records) is back with another exclusive Road Blog update from the Under The Gun Tour featuring Modern Day Escape and Dr. Acula. Head past the break to read what the band has been up to on this awesome summer tour.

It’s been about two weeks since my last ramble about the road… I think everyone’s really at that point in a tour where you grow tired. You go hard nonstop for the first few weeks then you hit that snag, where you still NEED to go just as hard every night, but there’s this dwelling exhaustion on your shoulders that gets heavier and heavier. This is what puts you in a day or two trance when you finally do get home, finally let it fall over you.

This tours been an adventure nonetheless. We’ve had a great time with our dudes in Dr. Acula, who we’ve always loved playing with, and we’ve grown fond of the dudes (and lady) of Modern Day Escape.
Sadly, because of transportation issues, From Atlantis was forced to drop off a few days back.

We’ve been crisscrossing the states and had a lot of fun hanging with our fans on this run. There’s been a great reaction every night, merch has been super, not much more to ask for.  Some shows that really stuck out for me, personally, were the show at Mojoes in IL, Peabodys in Cleveland and Webster Hall in NY.
Those shows really just set the bar high.  I’m sure the rest of the tour will be just as interesting and I’m looking forward  to ending on a positive note and getting a few days at home with my family… And MY bed, ha.
