My dream tour would be Amy Winehouse, Lady Gaga, and Rihanna. They’re three of my favorite ever artists – they’re all incredibly creative, limitless and strong women and the three of them together would be the most girl power tour ever.
Being asked to open for these three artists would be my dream come true. Each of them would invite me on stage to sing with them and we’d duet of my favorite songs of theirs. I truly love all of their work so much that it’s difficult to pick just a few songs, but if I had to choose right now, with Riri I’d do something like ‘Love On The Brain’, ‘Needed Me’ and ‘Diamonds’. With Gaga, I’d do ‘Born This Way’, ‘Venus’ and ‘Gypsy’. And with Amy, actually, it’s just impossible to choose favorites.
At the end, there’d be a big finale with all four of us and as a surprise for the crowd, we’d invite Sia on stage. We’d all sass out to Chandelier and Cheap Thrills – there’d be people for as far as the eye could see, under a starlit sky and we’d end with fireworks.
If I was headlining my own dream tour, I’d be traveling throughout the USA and I’d be playing in all the iconic venues that I’ve grown up dreaming about – everything from Madison Square Gardens in New York and Red Rocks in Colorado, to the Hollywood Bowl and the Staples Centre in LA. I’d also stop by to play at some of the big festivals and music events, like Coachella, Lollapalooza, Burning Man, The Jingle Ball and I’d bring back Woodstock!
I’d have custom pieces to wear on stage made by my favorite designers. There are too many to mention them all, but it would definitely include Alexander McQueen, Chanel, Givenchy, Stella McCartney and Alexander Wang. They’d be elegant and intricate, yet edgy pieces covered in rhinestones and sequins. I’d play a two-hour set and it’d be a mesmerizing night that swings between absolute party madness, and then intimate, soul-bearing moments, and at each step of the way, I’d be right there connecting with every single person in the crowd. They’d be left with memories that will be etched in their minds forever.
