Ethan – vocalist
There are two bands I’d love to tour with, Linkin Park & Avenged Sevenfold.
Linkin Park’s music defined our younger years and was a true example of how Rock & Metal can build a bridge to diversify.
It would have been amazing to have that experience with a band like theirs, and I also wish I could thank Chester Bennington for being a voice for many who struggle. Definitely one of the most fearless bands of our generation, and creatively they’re all people I look up to.
Avenged Sevenfold was another gateway for me into metal, and I’m a huge fan of everything they create. Every single member of that band is just extremely talented, and M. Shadows is another vocal hero for me.
Tom – lead guitar
For me, it would have to be Deftones, Periphery, and Bring Me the Horizon. Deftones from the very beginning have set themselves apart and musically, nothing is quite like them. They’ve become such a big influence on my playing and writing and being able to share a stage with them would be a dream come true. It’s a similar story with Bring Me. They have been paving the way for rock and metal and being at the forefront of bands who are bringing heavy music back into the mainstream. The members of Periphery were my heroes as a young guitar player. The riffs are fucking ridiculous, yet they’re still so musical and they have found a great balance of being both technical and great songwriters.
Will – rhythm guitar
Perhaps a strange choice given the difference in the genre but Dream Theater would be top of my list. They were the band that inspired me to actually take music seriously and try to do it for the rest of my life and for a lot of my guitar technique too. I’d also love to play with Deftones and Periphery, being two of my favourite bands like Tom – and definitely my greatest creative inspirations these days. Let’s face it, they also seem fucking hilarious to be around.
