1. Always have baby wipes on hand. There have been many of times without a shower due to either no hotel room or being too drunk and/or lazy to shower. A few baby wipes and you’re clean as a whistle!
2. Hand sanitizer. Best way to not get sick on tour. After shaking hands and signing autographs, wipe down! Also use after touching anything in the band van or bus. You live basically in a trash bin on wheels!
3. Pedialite or Gatorade. Have a good supply for the morning after a heavy night of drinking. Takes that hangover right away!
4. Never walk off the bus or van without your cell phone at a truck stop. It’s very easy to get left behind at 4am!
5. The first aid kit: Gaff Tape, pliers, zip ties, batteries, glue, screwdriver, allen keys, and a flashlight…survival in the concrete jungle!
