If you have never seen Title Fight live, then I suggest you go buy a ticket for their tour with Balance and Composure, Cruel Hand, and Slingshot Dakota.
Recently married, Carly and Tom are who make up Slingshot Dakota. His drum skills and her keyboarding abilities combined with her voice make for an awesome set of music. “The church of punk has opened its doors for me and I’m in it,” said Tom to the crowd. With a new record out titled, Dark Hearts, I highly recommended checking it out. Them on stage are so energetic and they seem to just have a lot of fun while being up there.
Up next was Cruel Hand. By this time a lot more people had joined in on the crowd. This was my first time hearing Cruel Hand and they really put on a show. Vocalist, Chris, would keep going into the crowd and made full use of the stage. Their EP, Burn into Debt, We All Owe a Death, will be out this month. If it’s anything like their other songs, then it’s definitely worth checking out.
After them was Balance and Composure. People were crowd surfing to their set and having a great time. Playing songs such as “Quake”, “Reflection”, “Notice Me”, and many others, they did not disappoint. They are just one of those bands that need to be seen at least once in a lifetime. I’m glad I did get to see them and next time they are here, I will be sure to check them out again.
By the time it was time for Title Fight to go on, the venue was packed. As soon as they started, people began crowd surfing, and even during some points of the set, people were throwing themselves from the stage to the crowd. Making sure to play favorites such as “Like a Ritual”, “27”, “Make You Cry”, “Numb, But I Can Still Feel it”, “Head in the Ceiling Fan”, “Shed”, “No One Stays at the Top Forever”, “Stab”, “Symmetry”, “In Between”, and more, the crowd really got into their set. They are a real fun band to see live, not only for them but to see how into it the crowd gets is also fun to see. You can tell their fans are dedicated to their music and want to have a good time.
If this tour has not yet come to a city near you, make sure you mark your calendars for when it does.
