Peter (Guitarist): Got bed head? Having a travel pillow and ear plugs will change your life on tour. That cushion around your neck makes all the hours in the van and on planes less dreary. The ear plugs will also save you from attacking your band mate in the middle of the night, due to their drunk snoring.
Rudy (Bassist): Stay moving, Be sure to exercise as much as possible. On the road, you are sitting for endless hours. Traveling from city to city. It is easy to become complacent with being still. Getting daily workouts, no matter how small, can only benefit your performance on stage.
Nico (Lead Singer): Be comfortable with being uncomfortable. Flexibility is a characteristic that makes or breaks you being a professional touring musician. Flexibility in your needs, outlook, and attitude. Make the best of your situation at all times and any added luxury is a blessing. You will not always have the best green room nor get to sleep for more than a few hours in a hotel bed. Half the time you will be sleeping on the go in the van.
Brian (Drummer): Hydration station. Always and I mean always grab all the beverages from the green room at the end of the night. Especially, the water. You go through so much water between the band and crew. If there manage to be few beers left at end of night, grab those too.
Ku (Singer): Power up. Bring lots and lots of chargers and cords. From phones to tablets to laptops. There will be an endless need for charging your devices on tour. Invest in a quality portable battery that can charge a couple devices at once.
