Twin Atlantic – TOUR TIPS

Here is another set of Tour Tips for you to take a look at before hitting the road! This set of five tips comes from the UK rockers, Twin Atlantic. You can check out their awesome tour tips after the break.

1. Never forget where you are. Going out on stage and saying ‘Hello Edinburgh’, when in fact, you are in Glasgow is never a good idea. You are likely to get your head kicked in… and getting your head kicked in is not big and it’s not clever.
2. Remember to brush your teeth twice a day. You are likely to be drinking and eating a very corrosive and acidic concoction of tour sustenance, so it pays to look after the pearly whites. You’ve only got one set after all, so it’s a good idea to look after them. Plus no one will want to talk to you if you’ve got a mouth like a badgers arse.
3. Get a travel hobby. You will spend silly amounts of time sitting around bored out your mind unless you find a way to alleviate the void. As long as it’s not some new wave exercise like yoga or Pilates, because no matter how much it’s good for you, you are guaranteed to look like a pretentious numpty sitting on a wee pretentious numpty’s blue mat.
4. Try to keep in touch with the people you care about back home. It can be difficult with time zones and costly but it’s totally worth it.
