ZAGATA – DREAM TOUR

In this Dream Tour segment, the electronic pop artist, ZAGATA, lets you know who he would like on his ultimate tour lineup. You can check out the feature, after the break.

My dream tour would consist of touring in Europe with a different band in every country. Why Europe ? Well,because I’ve never been there my whole life.Never had the opportunity. France, UK, Germany and Italy.

FRANCE: I would go with M83 and KAVINSKY at le ZENITH de Paris. An iconic venue in Paris, with huge a sounding band like M83 and outrun electro type of mood that Kavinsky almost created the genre himself, I think I would cry backstage.

UK: I would go with Scottish synthpop band CHVRCHES at the UNION CHAPEL. I would turn this place into some brutal party out there. The clash between the purity of a church and hundreds of crazy teenagers on a binge would be interesting.

GERMANY: I would pick Berghain, the Panorama Bar with electronic trio MODERAT. Berghain is Industrial, has a beautiful architecture and is full of history. Nothing against the rest of the world here but Germans have the bests live sound kits.

MODERAT’s music is so inspiring and we seem to have similar tastes in term of synths sounds and hardware gear. In fact, I would talk about gear and modular synthesis during the whole trip !

ITALY: Electronic music legends, Giorgio Moroder and DAFT PUNK. Hey !? Isn’t it a DREAM tour ? So let me dream guys…:)

We would, of course, enjoying landscapes, beaches, good wines and playing football (soccer) in between the venues.
