North Seasons – CRAZY TOUR STORIES

This crazy story from the road was written by the metal band, North Seasons. You can check out the band’s story, after the break.

We haven’t got that many crazy stories yet since we’re only a new band and have been on one tour, but we have some things to share.

So it being our first tour, we spent all our money on important things like Merch, Van, Food pretty much the important stuff. What we neglected were sleeping arrangement as being in the “Important things we need to spend money on” so naturally we didn’t have any money left.

First night was a nightmare not sure if you’ve done it before, but sleeping 7 grown men and 1 oversized man child (Elias – I’m really short I fit pretty much anywhere you put me) is one of the hardest things we’ve ever had to do. We had it all figured out, 2 people slept across the seats, 3 slept on the bed which was placed above the gear and we flattened all the gear out put a couple of duvets on them and slept another 3 people on there. Half way through the night every one realised that although it was December and freezing we were all going to suffocate (Shout out to mike our driver for having probably the best insulation ever). Kris who was sleeping over the gear with Harvey and Mattie couldn’t hack it anymore and needed to get out, woke everyone up thinking someone was trying to break in, Harvey’s survival instinct kicked in and he woke up doing Karate chops safe to say if someone was trying to get in they wouldn’t of wanted to run into Harvey.

That’s as crazy as it got on the short 4 day tour but next night we planned it better and got some tents out and it wasn’t so bad, we hope next time you ask us we have some more crazy stories.
