Prozak – PRESHOW RITUALS

Ok, Slipknot full blast (first album or Iowa). Ocean brand saline water spray up both nostrils, have to wear my lucky watch and bullet bracelet.. pace back and forth thinking of everything that has made me who I am, good and bad. I don’t talk to anyone till I go onstage, head nods in response to “Are you ready” and questions like that. I Just go into the live show trance that all of artists know well. It’s a blur, it’s like being somewhere else. This is how I prepare for a show. To me the key is being left alone at least 20 minutes before hand.
